| Bennett Bailey, bass, is currently the Music & Arts Director for Tabor Heights United Methodist Church in Portland. He is also the music coordinator and director for Common Cup Music. He has a B.A. in music from PSU, where he also did graduate work in conducting. He has been the director of the PSU Community Chorus and taught vocal music at Oregon Graduate Institute. He has sung professionally with various ensembles, as a soloist for Portland Symphonic Choir, Choral Cross Ties and has had leading roles in several PSU Opera productions. Bennett is also in management for the non-profit agency, Loaves & Fishes, Inc. This will be Bennett's first year singing in the Byrd Festival. |
